I am scheduled for hip replacement surgery and I needed a rollator to help me get around until then. Century Orthotics quickly provided me with exactly what I needed. Even with my bad hip, I can now easily get my AR10 to my workshop to mount my scope.

I left a previous positive review but had to leave another one. This is the second time that Emily provided world class customer service. My

dad had his right leg amputated above the knee after the first time we got equipment through Emily, and he needed some extra equipment

that was not fully covered through Medicare or the VA. When Emily found out that we would have to come up with some extra cash, and that

my dad was a Veteran of Foreign Wars she pulled some strings to get us a discount, and was quick to say “thank your dad for his service.”

Daryl came out to delivered hospital bed for my dad. The bed and matress were all spray and wipe down with disinfectant chemical, make it look and feel so clean. Daryl was very nice, helpful and very knowledgeable on everything that I asked, he has been in this business so long and the shop carry most of the medical equipments and orthotics that your love one would need under one roof. I just switched my dad foot brace from Hanger clinic to Century orthotics too. Thank you Daryl!

Darryl and Rebecca not only delivered and set up the hospital bed, but they also helped me rearrange the room to best suit our needs and space. Then Darryl took great care in sanitizing every inch of the entire bed, lubricating all moving parts to ensure smooth operation and then very patiently walked me through all operations, providing helpful tips that make the bed function at optimal level to keep the patient safe and comfortable! I have never felt more valued as a client. They are both such lovely people - so friendly, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable about their products. Century Orthotics is a top notch company. Rebecca and Darryl are an excellent team providing quality products and extraordinary customer service. Thank you so much!

I am leaving a positive review because my negative experience was resolved by Rebecca. The billing office continued to bill my husband for a wheelchair that we never used. It was left at a facility and apparently never returned to Century Orthotics. If your equipment is ordered by a facility, be careful about the dates you receive it and the date it is returned. Since we picked it up from a facility after discharge, we returned it to the facility. This was incorrect and equipment at a facility can be misplaced. Work directly with Century Orthotics. Lesson learned. As my husband needs more medical equipment, I will look first to Century Orthotics because Rebecca took the time to listen to our story and work with me on a resolution.

They did a really nice job. They(Rebecca and Darryl) were empathetic and listened to my concerns. They addressed all of my concerns with patients and understanding. Darryl came, set up everything, and informed me thoroughly on how to use the equipment. He was even cautious with my wooden floors by using cardboard. Great company.
